If a brand is new to the exhibition, we also create the Stand Rota, set expense budget , brief team about the exhibition goals, lead targets, set the dress code etc.
There are only two times when the exhibition can give you the optimum results. First is the pre-event marketing and second is the post event activity and evaluation. The product launch can be regarded as three steps launch, first, to the company, then launch to the market and finally launch to the consumers and these are followed by the launch evaluation.
The launch to the company includes the finalization of promotion, media advertising, in-store material, preparedness, the sales presentation to staffs and the first introduction to retailers. Launch to the market includes complete selling to retailer and merchandising the product in supermarkets. It also includes the distribution of product and to check the quality of product.
Whereas the launch to the consumers includes merchandising, advertising, sales, recording buyers, survey, competition, study market, costing, improving the product efficiency, reduce the product quality variation, financial analysis of cost, revenue, analysis of production, distribution and marketing and comparison of actual results with the target.
BEDX considers the consumer launch to be the most important one as it is done in three levels i.e. national launch, area launch and rolling launch.
